Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete.

By providing your email address, you agree to receive service-related communications. We might ask you for feedback. We will not use your email address for spam, nor will we sell or pass it on to third parties.

Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically each month and must be paid in advance. Fraudulent payments are prohibited. Non-payment will result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

Your payment is executed through third parties, such as Stripe. We do not store your Payment Method information.

Upgrading or downgrading a subscription results in prorated charges. For example, if you upgrade from a 10 USD monthly plan to a 20 USD option, we charge prorated amounts for the time spent on each option. Assuming the change occurred halfway through the billing period, we bill an additional 5 USD: -5 USD for unused time on the initial price, and 10 USD for the remaining time on the new price.

You are responsible for terminating your account via the "Manage subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Because our AI tools incur actual processing costs for each use, we cannot refund subscriptions or credits that have been partially or fully used.

A partial refund or credit to the account may be considered at our sole discretion in certain exceptional cases. To request a refund, please contact us (see below), stating your registered email address, purchase details, and the reason for the request.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use our Services to harm yourself or others or do anything that’s illegal, unethical, or immoral.

Generated Content Storage

When you use our Service, the restored photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours. To retain them long-term, you must download them before they are removed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that every restoration will be perfect or meet your specific expectations.

We aim to provide continuous service and address issues in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee that our Services will always be available.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service, nor are we responsible for how you use the images created with our Service.
